September 23 - September 29

This week is jam-packed with season premieres of popular faves, plus, the premieres of many much anticipated new series. Here is your guide of what to tune into this week. 

Monday, September 23


9-1-1: Lone Star returns on FOX for its highly anticipated fifth and final season premiere (8/7c). Expect more action-packed emergencies and personal drama as we dive back into the world of Texas first responders.

NBC is bringing in a heavy hitter with its new medical drama, Brilliant Minds (10/9c). This series, starring Zachary Quinto, follows a neurologist’s fascinating cases inspired by the work of Oliver Sacks.
Monday also marks the penultimate episode ever of All American: Homecoming on the CW (8/7c).

Tuesday, September 24


Fox’s new series Murder in a Small Town (8/7c) makes its debut, serving up a 90-minute premiere filled with mystery and small-town intrigue. If you enjoy whodunits with unexpected twists, this one is a must-see.

Fresh off the heels of its successful series premiere last week, High Potential (11/10c) returns with another all new episode.

Wednesday, September 25


It’s all about fan-favourites on NBC, as Chicago Med (8/7c), Chicago Fire (9/8c), and Chicago P.D. (10/9c) return for more Windy City drama.
 
Disney+ will also drop another episode of its new hit, Agatha All Along.

Thursday, September 26

9-1-1 is back for Season 8 (8/7c), kicking off with a three-part "bee-nado" event that unleashes millions of killer bees on Los Angeles. Thursday also marks the launch of Doctor Odyssey (9/8c), a highly acclaimed new medical drama from Ryan Murphy, starring Joshua Jackson as Dr. Max Bankman, navigating unique crises aboard a luxury cruise ship. Following that is the Season 21 premiere of Grey’s Anatomy (10/9c), where tensions run high at Grey Sloan Memorial after last season’s emotional cliffhangers.


Meanwhile, over on Netflix, Nobody Wants This debuts a new series featuring Kristen Bell—a dark comedy that dives into the lives of societal misfits in a near-dystopian future. 

Sunday, September 29

On Fox, The Simpsons (8/7c), Bob’s Burgers (9/8c) and Krapopolis (9:30/8:30c) debut, proving once again that animated TV is here to stay.
 
Over on AMC, cult hit The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon (9/8c) returns for season 2.
