With just two weeks left for the team to complete their assessments, there is so much to get through. Luckily, they did not have to choose the next case on their own as Sister Andrea brings them their next case. I really love Sister Andrea, she is one of the best characters on the show.
Sister Andrea brings them Paul - the son of her friend that killed herself. He is being possessed by Gregory, his doppelganger who recently killed himself. Of course the team thinks he has a mental disorder but Sister Andrea can see the demon in him and when she asked him who he was he flashed that evil smile, I jumped.

The backstory for the episode was Kristen dealing with the fallout of her divorce. She thought she would be getting money from the billionaire climber but he already paid Andy. If that wasn’t enough to deal with, she attends Leland’s trial everyday. Kurt was called as a witness for the defense. Leland’s lawyer aka the evil demon that has come to NY shows himself to Kurt in order to scare him into submission. Kurt does say that Leland needs to be hospitalized but he goes off script and says for life - therefore putting his own life at risk.

Apparently, the person Paul saw was his doppelganger. There is a website where you can find your doppelganger. Ben, who has been offered multiple job opportunities, has trouble accepting them to the point he almost took off his foil to talk to the Jin. Instead, he looks up his doppelganger. He seems to be happily married with a child. Meanwhile, Kristen is on the website and instead of looking up her doppelganger she searches for David’s and finds a boxer and has a dream about him.
Sister Andrea saw her own doppelganger after being haunted by her friend. She goes to see David to confess her sins. The scene was very emotional and well acted. Later, David tries to save the Church with the Archdiocese but the Church has been bought and everyone has to move out. They promoted him to a sinking ship.
Kristen’s girls try to raise money by starting a gofundme and they raised over ten thousand much to Kristen’s shock. Before she can punish them, they give her an idea to start her own practice and Kurt agrees to refer his patients to her while he is on her book tour. She returns to the trial only for Leland’s case to be dismissed as the demon got to the judge who killed Kristen’s surrogate in a shocking scene. Everytime I think Leland has lost, he comes back swinging harder.
Paul has his exorcism with the help of Sister Andrea. She is so strong and wise and later that night Kristen goes back to the doppelganger website and finds her doppelganger who is a musician. My issue with the doppelganger storyline this episode is that they didn’t cast actors that look similar to our cast but just had our cast act as other characters. I think it would have been more believable had the people on the website just looked similar and not exactly the same.

David talks with Sister Andrea about what is going on with the Church and his doubts. She has him play the piano and a bright light surrounds them. She tells him that He (God) is in the room with them. I love their relationship and how they help each other. They are each other's glue and one of my favorite moments from the episode was her staring down the demon in court.
Overall, the episode had its shocking and scary moments, however I feel like Ben’s story is getting a little lost this season and I want him and Kristen to really believe in what is happening with them. I am nervous for Kurt because what he did will not go unpunished. I am so tired of Leland winning and I hope we get to see him go down soon, probably the final episode (two episodes left).
