Press Release
"Reginald the Vampire," the horror comedy series on Syfy, will not be renewed for a third season. The show, adapted from Johnny B. Truant’s "Fat Vampire" book series, was created and written by Harley Peyton, known for his work on "Twin Peaks" and "Chucky." The series starred Jacob Batalon, famous for his role in "Spider-Man: Homecoming," as Reginald Baskin, an unlikely hero in a world of beautiful and vain vampires.
Despite its unique premise and heartwarming take on the complexities of undead life, "Reginald the Vampire" concluded with its Season 2 finale on July 10, 2024. The show also featured actors Mandela Van Peebles, Em Haine, Savannah Basley, Aren Buchholz, Christin Park, Georgia Waters, Sean Yves Lessard, and Max Montesi.
