Episode Recap (Spoilers Ahead!)
The fourth episode of Survivor 45, titled "Music to My Ears," aired on October 18, 2023. The episode began with the Lulu tribe down to three members after losing yet another immunity challenge. The episode featured a tribe swap, which divided the remaining castaways into three tribes of five. The Belo tribe consisted of Brando Meyer, Bruce Perreault, Jake O’Kane, Katurah Topps, Kellie Nalbandian, and Kendra McQuarrie. The Lulu tribe consisted of Emily Flippen, Kaleb Gebrewold, and Sean Edwards. The Reba tribe consisted of Austin Li Coon, Dee Valladares, Drew Basile, Janani “J. Maya” Krishnan-Jha, Julie Alley, and Nicholas “Sifu” Alsup.

The episode was full of drama, with betrayals and alliances being formed. At the tribal council, Sean Edwards was voted out, becoming the fourth consecutive Lulu member to be voted out. However, the episode was also marked by a shocking moment when Sean asked to be voted out, saying his true great “adventure” was his life with his husband at home. Jeff Probst, the host of the show, was shocked by Sean's decision and said that he made a huge mistake.

Overall, the "Music to My Ears" episode of Survivor 45 was full of twists and turns, with the tribe swap and Sean's decision to leave the game being the highlights of the episode. The episode ended with the remaining castaways facing new challenges and alliances as they continued to fight for the $1 million grand prize.
