NCIS: Sydney, the first international installment of the long-running NCIS franchise, has announced its cast. The show will star Olivia Swann as NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey, and Todd Lasance as Sergeant Jim “JD” Dempsey. They are joined by Sean Sagar, Tuuli Narkle, Mavournee Hazel, and William McInnes, playing roles of NCIS agents and Australian Federal Police officers. The show is produced by Endemol Shine Australia and is currently being filmed in Sydney. It will be available on Paramount+ and Australia's Network 10. The plot will focus on a multinational task force consisting of U.S. NCIS Agents and Australian Federal Police officers working together to combat naval crimes. NCIS: Sydney was produced for CBS Studios and Paramount Australia, and is distributed internationally by Paramount Global Content Distribution. The NCIS franchise, which stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service, began 20 years ago and has had several U.S.-based spin-offs including Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Hawaii.
