As we posted earlier this has now been confirmed by Deadline.
It appears that Netflix have quietly renewed Sweet Tooth for a 2nd Season per Production Weekly as Season 2 is marked as Active Development in New Zealand.
We'll update with the official announcement when it's formally announced.
