Cush Jumbo revealed on Instagram Live earlier this week that she will not be returning for the 5th season of The Good Fight as series regular. Jumbo first appeared as Luca Quinn on the final season of The Good Wife and later joined the spinoff The Good Fight on CBS All Access.
In a statement to TVLine, Jumbo said "I have had the most amazing time over the last five years working with Robert, Michelle and the crews of both The Good Wife and The Good Fight. I will miss them all so much, but am so excited to explore pastures new. Due to the pandemic forcing us to shut down early we weren’t able to wrap up Lucca’s story fully and so I hope if schedules allow I can return next season to do that.”
Jumbo is the 5th original series regular to exit The Good Fight over the course of its run following Erica Tazel, Justin Bartha, Rose Leslie and Delroy Lindo.
