PARAMOUNT NETWORK ORDERS THIRD SEASON OF HIT SERIES YELLOWSTONE

Season Two Premiere Airs Tonight at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Paramount Network

Paramount Network today ordered a 10-episode third season of hit original series Yellowstone. Starring world-renowned actor and Oscar®-winner Kevin Costner, Yellowstone is co-created by critically-acclaimed, Oscar®-nominated screenwriter Taylor Sheridan (Wind River, Hell or High Water and Sicario), and John Linson.

Season two premieres tonight at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Paramount Network. The first season of Yellowstone averaged 5.1 million total viewers per episode, making it 2018’s most-watched new cable series and ranking second across all cable TV series for the year.

Yellowstone headlines Paramount Network’s scripted roster, which also includes the following upcoming projects: Paradise Lost (working title) starring Josh Hartnett; 68 Whiskey, from Ron Howard and Brian Grazer’s Imagine Entertainment; and the new Darren Star series Emily in Paris, starring Lily Collins.

The Paramount Network original drama is co-produced by 101 Studios. Executive producers for Yellowstone are John Linson, Art Linson, Taylor Sheridan, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser and Bob Yari.

Additionally, Deadline has exclusively revealed that Josh Holloway has joined the cast for season 3 in a major recurring role.

In a season-long arc, Holloway will play Roarke Carter, a handsome, charming, shaggy-haired hedge fund manager with ambitious plans in Montana.
