Richard E. Grant (Can You Ever Forgive Me?, Logan, A Series of Unfortunate Events), Sally Field (Brothers & Sisters, Maniac, The Amazing Spider-Man) and Eve Lindley (Outsiders, Mr. Robot, Tales of the City) have been cast to star in Jason Segel's AMC anthology Dispatches From Elsewhere per Deadline. The 10-episode hourlong anthology was created by and stars Jason Segel and will begin production this summer in Philadelphia.
Dispatches From Elsewhere is about a group of ordinary people who stumble onto a puzzle hiding just behind the veil of everyday life. They will come to find that the mystery winds far deeper than they ever imagined.
Grant will play the charismatic leader of a secret organization.
Field will play a housewife who recently lost her husband of many years.
Lindley will play a transgender woman who dropped out of grad school and now works as a docent at an art museum.
