Previously on The Good Fight,
The episode opens on Diane with her new-found friends: The Resistance. As Diane finds her deeper entrenched in the anti-Trump agenda, she's surrounded by like-minded people who also want to take him down, and consider creative ways in order to do so. Her new friends may bring her trouble though, and the unwanted attention of some very powerful people. Diane's storyline is the one that is treated to this week's musical short, and yes, it is related to Trump. We also get the first meeting of the season between Diane and Roland Blum, and the two are definitely not on friendly terms.
In an episode that clocks in at a solid hour, Liz seeks the counsel of one of her fellow co-workers, but does so without first talking to her husband, which definitely causes friction in both her personal and professional life. As what she originally thought would be an easy case quickly turns complicated, and starts to involves those around her, maybe it would have been easier just to talk things out with her husband before getting her co-workers involved in private matters.
Elsewhere, Maia continues working with Roland and very quickly starts to beat him at his own game.
The Good Fight airs tomorrow on CBS All Access.
