Good Girls - Slow Down, Children At Play - Advance Preview: "I`m that Bitch, Ur Welcome"

Good Girls returned this past Sunday with a strong outing, setting up a lot of stories for the remainder of the season. "Slow Down, Children at Play" builds up on last week`s cliffhanger and pushes the Good Girls to do even worse stuff.

The abyss the girls are pushed towards by Rio isn`t looking good during the episode. While Annie is all pro-Kill the rapist skumbag Boomer, Beth and Ruby were majorly struggling with what they should do. All the drama puts up a lot of tension between the girls and their loose lips ain`t holding anything back. The story takes some interesting and unexpected turns and just when you think the story wraps positively for the girls, new developments change their whole perspective. Leslie`s shady game gives him a couple more lives to live on.

Ruby and Stan`s marriage is still a rollercoaster ride and the performances from Retta and Reno Wilson are simply grabbing you. The writing and acting serve well for both characters and you can stand behind both POVs. Retta as always delivers the lines of the week and you keep rooting for the lady.

Rio is a continuous hard-on Beth`s behind and his behavior seems quite stalkerish at some point, cause boy wants results. Beth courageously steps up against her nightmare boy and Christina Hendricks sales the role to the core. Her frizzy not taking care of hair, the trouble in her eyes it is all there. And if the problem was only Rio she might even be able to handle her. The issues with Dean and his stubborn ways aren`t really helping Beth in keeping this straight.

Annie in the meantime is stuck between Nancy and Greg`s drama and baby gender revelation party. It still isn`t the most interesting drama, yet it gives Mae a lot of space for the comedic moments and her chemistry with both Sally Pressman and Zach Gilford works so well on screen. And it should be interesting to see where the drama between those three will go after the events of this episode.

That`s a wrap on my side guys. The show keeps up a great rhythm and the developments are shockingly pleasing. Don`t forget to tune in on Sunday 10/9 Centra for the new episode of Good Girls.
