"If you’re gonna go down, you might as well go down swinging."

Next week, on The Bold Type, Sutton gets some bad news and some closure at the same time in one of the most heartbreaking arcs of the episode, though luckily she has Paris where good things happen. Everyone is stressed and having to bring their A game over there, including Kat who's in charge of the Scarlet party while at the same time trying to make better what she might have broken in her relationship.

Oliver continues on his path to kicking Jacqueline off the boss-of-the-year title and actually made me tear up, did I mention I love him? I need more of him everywhere, and I need more snack time with him, Kat and Alex next season. Jacqueline is, of course, still awesome and she proves it once more in this episode, though it might bring her trouble, it seems it could be fixed with the right approach and I really hope they do.

Out of our three girls’ romantic situations, one is a yes, another is seemingly a no, and the other one is a maybe. Of those, one is good, another is understandable, and the other one a little bit annoying. I have to say I think they messed up in the way they handled one of the ships making it about more than feelings, while another one faces an issue that might not be fixable in a realistic way and can head nowhere but heartbreak.

Jane, on the other hand, realizes that though the company she works for is not really supportive of her health needs, her environment is a lot more supportive than she thought, now it's up to her deciding whether she wants to accept the help or not. Luckily she gets to go to Paris to take a break and decide what she wants to do and what every decision entails.

"We approve."
"I figured it would never have happened if you didn’t."

There are moments that seem to be heading in cliche territory by the finale, some of them actually can't escape the cliche, but some are left in up the air. I love the writers and they have surprised me time and time again, so I hope they do this once more and fix a couple things when season three comes around, luckily another season is already a given which takes much of the angst away from the cliffhanger in a very good way, cause I have to say: if this was the series finale I would be fuming.

"Always and forever."
