Riley Voelkel (The Originals) has joined the cast of The CW's upcoming midseason drama Roswell, New Mexico in a recurring role per Entertainment Weekly. The drama from Carina Adly MacKenzie is a reboot based on the book Roswell High and is inspired by the 1999 series from Jason Katims. Voelkel will play Cameron, Max's (Nathan Parsons) partner at the Sheriff's Department.
Roswell, New Mexico will tell the story of Liz (Jeanine Mason), the daughter of undocumented immigrants, who returns home to Roswell, New Mexico and discovers a secret about her teenage crush, Max (Nathan Parsons).
Voelkel plays Cameron. Max’s quick-witted partner at the Sheriff’s Department who has the rare ability to break through Max’s stony cowboy facade. Scrappy, sexy, and cool, she’s impossible to rattle and prides herself on being a realist who can handle whatever life throws her way.
