Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect) is joining the cast of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend for its upcoming fourth and final season as a love interest for Rebecca Bunch. He will be a reimagined Greg, originally played by Santino Fontana. I've also included various teases for the final season from reporters at the TCA Panel including more music, Scott Michael Foster appearing in all episodes, Rachel Bloom writing the premiere and directing the series finale.
Rachel Bloom: It will be a great statement on how our perception of people changes. Greg will not have seen her for two years. (Aline Brosh McKenna says they still have great respect for Santino, who originated role of Greg.) #TCA18

The writers always knew Greg would be different when he returns to West Covina and the episodes he is in will focus on perception and how it can change. #TCA18 #CrazyExGirlfriend
