Sela Ward (Westworld, CSI: NY) has joined the cast of CBS' upcoming procedural drama, FBI, from Dick Wolf, per Deadline's exclusive.
Ward will co-star as Dana Mosier who first appears in Episode 2. This is somewhat a replacement for Connie Nielsen's character, who co-starred in the pilot (and has since exited the drama), though Nielsen's character was Ellen, the FBI Special Agent in Charge, and Ward's is a completely new one. No other details were provided except that Ward's character "is expected to be in a similar position as the team's boss."
FBI debuts Tuesday, September 25 at 9PM.
