Jeff has set up a meeting with an Oligarch called Nikolai Dimitrov. He makes Fallon an offer to buy Carrington Atlantic which Fallon tries to bluff to get him to raise the price, but Nikolai knows she doesn't have a better option and Fallon knows she needs to make the deal work.
The only condition to the deal is that the CEO remains with the company for a year. Fallon thinks he's referring to her, but he's actually talking about Blake.
Later Nikolai and Blake clash. They have history together, and Blake orders Nikolai to get out of his house. Nikolai reveals to Blake he's planning to buy his company which Blake refutes, and Nikolai informs him Fallon's changed her mind and agreed to sell to him.
