Per Deadline, Hartley Sawyer, who portray Ralph Dibny (superhero alter-ego The Elongated Man) has been promoted to regular for season 5 of The Flash. He is the second cast meeber promoted to regular so far for season 5 after Danielle Nicolet who plays D.A Cecile Horton.
