Per Deadline's exclusive, Jim Chory, co-head of Marvel Television has departed the company.
It was Jim Chory's decision to leave Marvel TV which has grown dramatically over the past five years with 11 live-action series airing. Chory executive produces Agents of SHIELD, Inhumans, Agent Carter, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Legion, Runaways, The Gifted and Cloak & Dagger.
With no new greenlighted Marvel shows or pilot currently in the pipeline, we hear Chory felt it was a good time to leave. (The company is in development on a number of series, including for Disney’s upcoming OTT service)
