Per Comic Book Resources, Mother, Orphan, Lady Shiva, Ventriloquist & Scarface to be introduced in the fifth and final season of Gotham.
“There are a whole bunch of characters I want to see that I feel the viewers at large aren’t fully aware of, like Scarface or Ventriloquist,” Stephens told CBR. “There’s a great dark version of that character somewhere out there who I would like to see come out. Some characters we know we want to see are Mother and Orphan. We want to see Lady Shiva. We are going to see all those characters in Season 5.”
Additionally, ComicBook.com have shared that Batman: Zero Year will be adopted in the final season of Gotham's narrative.
"There are, and I'm trying to remember which [stories] they actually are," Stephens said. "There's gonna be a little bit of Zero Year in there, you know as well. [You know] some of that stuff, especially with Nygma. And there's another one but if I tell you what it is it really does spoil the story."
For those who are familiar, Batman: Zero Year came from the minds of Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo during their popular run of New 52 Batman comics. The story, particularly the second arc "Dark City," was all about Bruce's initial time as Batman, and his efforts to stop The Riddler from taking over the city.
