Timeless “The Kennedy Curse” was written by Lana Cho and directed by Holly Dale, whose other credits include The X-Files, all of the Chicago shows, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. This was a fast-paced episode. Look for one really good fight scene.
The mission starts in Wallingford, Connecticut, on September 17, 1934. Rittenhouse has targeted a young John Kennedy (Grant Jordan). Instead of the team struggling with being in a new time, we see a figure from the past struggle with the present when Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) and Wyatt (Matt Latner) are forced to rescue Kennedy to the present.
Lucy has had complications due to her knife wound. Lucy and Jessica (Tonya Glanz) get to know each other. Denise (Sakina Jaffrey) is a little off base as to why Lucy is upset. We get some interesting new team ups. Jiya (Claudia Doumit) comes up with an interesting time loop theory. Lucy’s historical knowledge once again comes in handy – and so does Carol’s (Susanna Thompson). The team keeps “misplacing” people. Lucy makes a sacrifice. Denise must make a choice. Instagram and social media come in handy. Rufus tries to change history again.
