Since the new episode of How to Get Away with Murder was a crossover, I decided to add a Best Scene poll for the Scandal episode as well. I apologize in advance to any Scandal viewers if I missed key scenes. I don't watch the show so I wasn't sure about the scenes without Olivia Pope in them.
