Bates Motel - The Convergence of the Twain - Advance Preview

After an amazing season premiere, Bates Motel will be back next Monday on A&E with an all new episode, titled "The Convergence of the Twain", which will be even more amazing and thrilling. Bates Motel final season is definitely going to be one of the best.

Last week, the highlights of the episode were Norman and Mother’s scenes. As usual, Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga pulled off amazing performances, and they’ll continue this Monday in "The Convergence of the Twain". They have such a great chemistry, even more tangible as they’re now always acting as two different characters trapped in the same body, they really make every scenes they have together special and spectacular.
The only letdown of their relationship is that Mother couldn't leave the house and interact much with other in the season premiere, and I thought it would last in the future episodes... But actually, it will change in next week episode as Mother will get out of the house ! That will allow us to understand her character better, how she actually feels towards Norman and what she does. The complexity of Norman’s mind is depicted in a very intelligent and thoughtful way in this final season.
And here’s a list of what else you can expect from "The Convergence of the Twain" :

- Emma and Dylan will have a talk about trust and honesty.
- As shown in the promo, Norman will visit Romero in prison, to show him how alive he is.
- There will be two different fights in "The Convergence of the Twain". One will be more violent and bloody.
- Caleb has listened to Emma and he left Seattle… To go back to White Pines Bay. Guess who he really wants to see ?
- Emma’s mother will be mentioned.
- Sam Loomis (Austin Nichols) will introduce himself to Norman, and this time he won’t use his fake David Davidson name. He will even disclose what he actually does for a living.
- There will be a double date dinner. And of course, as any double date dinner, it’ll go badly.
- Norman has a new place to get coffee, and it'll become quite obvious why he chooses that place.
- Someone will take on French lessons… And will actually go full on French clichés : cigarettes, Edith Piaf and depression.
- We will visit Norma’s grave, and it’ll be both emotional and creepy.
- Someone will check in a different motel than the Bates motel !
- Someone will lie about his/her work.
- Madeleine Loomis (Isabelle McNally) will resemblance Norma Bates more and more. Not only she physically looks like her, but she also speaks like her sometimes.
- Norman will question Mother’s feelings about Alex Romero.
- Someone will get a new and surprising partner.
- Alex’s plan to kill Norman failed, as Mother killed the hitman but he has a new card up his sleeve. He’s already working on a new plan.

"The Convergence of the Twain" is a don’t miss episode, not only because it’s the final season, it’s also a really exciting and thrilling episode, which will explore the complex relationship of Norman and Mother and oh, the end… You don’t want to miss those final 3 minutes, it’s going to leave you breathless !
Don’t miss "The Convergence of the Twain" next Monday on A&E ! How impatient are you about this episode ? Hit the comments !
