    -Ratings Breakdown:
Only “The Odd Couple” on CBS was an original telecast last night. Yet, CBS won this second Monday of 2017 in the overnight households, besting No. 2 ABC by one-tenth of a rating point. But the home of “The Bachelor” is still the network to beat in adults 18-49 (and all the key young adult demographics).

An encore of “The Big Bang Theory” on CBS topped the night, with a 5.5 rating/8 share in the 8 p.m. half-hour. And that led into repeats of “Kevin Can Wait” (#2: 3.7/ 5), “Man With a Plan” (#2: 3.1/ 5), aforementioned “The Odd Couple” (#2: 3.4/ 5) and an encore of “Scorpion” (#1: 3.2/ 5) from 8:30-11 p.m. CBS has upped the episode orders for freshman comedies “Kevin Can Wait” and “Man With a Plan” to 24 and 22, respectively, this season.

In series-premiere news, ABC half-hour game show “Big Fan,” from Jimmy Kimmel and hosted by Andy Richter, was a big fizzle, with the debut installment at a 2.3/ 4 in the household overnights in the 10 p.m. half-hour (#2). A second episode at 10:30 p.m. sunk to a last-place 1.7/ 3 at 10 p.m. Comparably, the two episodes of “Big Fan,” on average, trailed a repeat of “Scorpion” on CBS (3.2/ 5) by 37 percent. A repeat of NBC’s “The Wall” scored a 2.0/ 3.

In the 8-10 p.m. battle of ABC’s “The Bachelor” (4.4/ 7) versus NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” (2.9/ 4), now featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger, “The Bachelor” held a significant 52 percent advantage. Week-to-week, “The Bachelor” was flat, while “Celebrity Apprentice” slipped by 19 percent.

Elsewhere, Fox populated the evening with an encore telecast of two-hour special “Showtime at the Apollo,” which scored a 1.8/ 3 from 8-10 p.m. And The CW featured repeats of “Supergirl” (#5: 0.9/ 1) and “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” (#5: 0.8/ 1).
