Grimm - Trust Me Knot + Oh Captain, My Captain - Reviews

Hi Grimmers! Sorry for the delay, I'm having such a hard time working during those last weeks. I'll try to sum up what happened in the last two episodes of Grimm. As we've already known, this season is the last, so the action is taking place during 2 weeks. No Wesen of the Week (do you miss the cases?), but just one long road straight to the finale.

Hank and Wu find a solution to stop Renard while Nick is still on the run. Adalind receives a phone call that throws her into the middle of everything. Back at the spice shop, Monroe and Rosalee's adventure in babysitting takes an interesting turn when Diana demonstrates her power. Meanwhile, Eve and Trubel work to solve the mystery of the cloth found with the healing stick.

“Man is not what he thinks he is, he is what he hides.” I like the fact that every episode picks up where we left. So when the second episode starts, the Scoobies are trapped inside Bud's shop. In that particular and difficult moment, here's Monroe yelling "Rosalee is pregnant!" The question is: how can a child grow in a world like this? Suddenly Nick does everything he can to protect his friends, as if he's protecting his son - and I guess he's doing the same for both Kelly and Diana.
Then, we have Sean Renard. I guess he saw it coming when he first is accused of killing Rachel, then he threaten Wu and Hank's careers. The only one who can apparently save the Captain is Adalind. She could be his alibi, but the Hexenbeist turns him down. Ouch.
On side note: Diana keeps being creepy. That kid is so powerfull that neither Monroe nor Rosalee can't stop her when she's playing in the spicy shop.
Also, we need to talk about Eve. Is she remembering the time she was Juliette? Is she having a soft spot for Nick? My guess? I think so.
But Nick's heart seems to belong to Adalind. "Where should I meet you?" asks her at the precinct. "When you first told me you loved me,". Awww that was so sweet.
We better talk about that Trust Me Knot thing. Adalind suggests Nick and Sean should agree on doing this "deal": both of them swear to complete a task and anyone who fails will die. Do you think Renard will keep his promise? Indeed, the Captain proves to be a great villain at the end of the episode.

In order to stop the rise of Capt. Renard, Nick devises a plan that will take him out of his element. Adalind and Monroe do everything in their power to keep the plan on track. Meanwhile, Eve and Rosalee race against time to get the spell ready before it is too late.

"You will face yourself again in a moment of terror." This is probably the best episode of Grimm season 6 so far. I laughed so much and that scene between Monroe/Adalind and then that Adalind/Sean scene were absolutely amazing and funny. But the episode was also a little bit creepy when Nick turned into Renard - like Adalind did back in season 3 with Juliette.
Everything in this season seems to come back to the previous ones with all those flashbacks - Juliette's especially.
The best part comes with Monroe and Adalind. Bless those two. While attempting to collect some Renard's hair - so the Scoobies can perform the spell and turn Nick into him - Monroe and Adalind notice the Captain has come back home! He needs to hide. In the closet. Like a dirty lover. Renard seems to be too suspicious about Adalind-suddenly-kindness towards him, in fact he will realize the trick she has planned with the Scoobies.
Also I'm looking forward to see what's going to happen between Nick and Adalind; as far as Sean is not an obstacle in their relationship, I would be worried about Eve: she's starting to feel something for Burkhardt, as a consequence of her Juliette's memories.

So here's up to you: what do you think about Grimm season 6? How long will Nadalind be a couple?
