Despite helming The CW’s successful slate of DC Comics inspired superhero dramas, Greg Berlanti says that one of the other heroes he’s currently developing for the small screen will remain separate from the Arrowverse.
Asked about the “Black Lightning” series he’s currently developing for Fox, and whether the title character would be included in future crossover episodes alongside the casts of “Supergirl,” “Arrow,” “The Flash” and “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” the executive producer responded in the negative.
“I don’t think so,” Berlanti said. “If we’re lucky enough that that exists, that that show exists, I don’t think those worlds will cross over.”
