    Ratings Breakdown:
It was an easy Thursday overnight victory for NBC care of the 21 to 13 victory for the Kansas City Chiefs over the Oakland Raiders on NFL Football at an estimated 9.1 rating/15 share in households. Combined with live coverage on the NFLN and the household rating for the match-up increased to an 11.8 from 8:30-11:45 p.m. ET. As a reminder, results for any live sporting event are always approximate.

In the specials department was Fox’s holiday-themed “Taraji’s White Hot Christmas,” headlined by “Empire” star Taraji B. Henson, at a not-so-hot 2.6/ 4 (#3) at 8 p.m. That led into a modest 2.2/ 4 (#4) for the season (or series) finale of freshman drama “Pitch” at 9 p.m.

In series-finale news, ABC drama “Notorious” earned its cancellation stripes at a 1.9/ 3 in the household overnights at 10 p.m., which trailed CBS’ soon-to-conclude “Pure Genius” (#2: 3.6/ 6) by a hefty 47 percent.

Earlier in the evening on ABC were encore telecasts of animated holiday specials “Toy Story That Time Forgot” (#4: 2.5/ 4) and “Shrek the Halls” (#4: 2.3/ 4) from 8-9 p.m., followed by “The Great American Baking Show” at a 2.7/ 4 at 9 p.m. CBS populated the 8-10 p.m. block with a repeat of “The Big Bang Theory” at a second-place 6.1/10 in the 8 p.m. half-hour, followed by original telecasts of “The Great Indoors” (#2: 4.7/ 7), “Mom” (#2: 5.1/ 8) and “Life in Pieces” (#2: 4.2/ 7) from 8:30-10 p.m. Unfortunately, CBS has never been able to capitalize on the lead-out spot out of “The Big Bang Theory.”

The CW capped off the evening with the pairing of “D.C. Legends of Tomorrow” (#5: 1.5/ 3) and “Supernatural” (#5: 1.1/ 2) from 8-10 p.m. at typical overnight levels. “Supernatural” moves to Thursdays at 8 p.m. into upcoming drama “Riverdale” effective on Thursday, Jan. 26. And “D.C.’s Legends of Tomorrow” will move to Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET (out of “The Flash”) beginning on Jan. 24.
