    Ratings Breakdown:
Fox took center stage, as expected, care of Game 1 of the Major League Baseball World Series (Indians 6, Cubs 0) at an estimated 12.8 rating/20 share in the household overnights. Since the end time of the game was approximately 11:49 p.m. ET and the overnight data for Fox from last night only goes to 10 p.m., this household rating is expected to decrease.

Comparably, game one of the Royals vs. the Mets scored a 9.8/16 in the household overnights on the year-ago evening (also based on just 8-10 p.m.), which gives last night’s match-up a 31 percent advantage. That 9.8 household rating translated into 14.94 million viewers and a 4.6 rating/16 share in adults 18-49, based on the Live + Same Day data. In other words, Fox is poised for a solid rated series between Cleveland and Chicago.

Despite the increased competition from baseball, it was basically overnight business as usual elsewhere. “NCIS” on CBS was the top-rated entertainment show of the evening, with a 9.0/14 in the overnights from 8-9 p.m. And it led into recent entry “Bull” at a 7.5/11 at 9 p.m., which held a solid 83 percent of the “NCIS” lead-in. Relocated “NCIS: Los Angeles” at 10 p.m. scored a second-place 6.2/10, which compared to year-ago time period occupant “Limitless” (4.8/ 8 on 10/27/15) was an improvement of 29 percent.

NBC also had a solid Tuesday night showing (and will outdeliver CBS significantly among adults 18-49) care of “The Voice” (#3: 6.2/10), recent entry “This Is Us” (#3: 6.0/ 9) and “Chicago Fire” (#2: 4.5/ 8). On a personal note, as much as I do enjoy “This Is Us” I think they are revealing too much too soon.

ABC has sprung a leak at 9:30 p.m. care of sophomore sitcom “The Real O’Neals” at a mere 2.1/ 3 in the household overnights, which slipped from diluted lead-in “Fresh off the Boat” (#4: 2.6/ 4 at 9 p.m.) by 19 percent. Minus any lead-in support, relocated “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” could only muster a 1.7/ 3 at 10 p.m.

Earlier in the evening on ABC was the combination of relocated “The Middle” (#4: 3.9/ 6) and week three of “American Housewife” (#4: 3.4/ 5) from 8-9 p.m., which both lost some steam opposite baseball on Fox.

Over at The CW, newbie drama “No Tomorrow” may very well live up to its title, with a 0.5/ 1 in the overnights at 9 p.m. down by 75 percent from lead-in “The Flash” (#5: 2.0/ 3 at 8 p.m.) and 50 percent from year-ago time period occupant “iZombie” (1.0/ 2).

What follows are the household overnight results for Tuesday. Oct. 25 by half-hour:
