The Grinder alumna Natalie Morales is set to recur opposite Leighton Meester and Adam Pally in Fox’s comedy series Making History. Produced by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller (The Lego Movie) and written by Julius “Goldy” Sharpe (Family Guy), Making History follows three friends from two different centuries as they try to balance the thrill of time travel with the mundane concerns of their present-day lives.
Morales will play Mona Rivero, a writer for the local newspaper who begins to suspect that all is not on the level with Deborah (Meester) and Dan (Pally). Morales, who had starring roles in Fox’s The Grinder and ABC’s Trophy Wife, next will be seen opposite Emma Stone and Steve Carell in Battle of the Sexes. She’s repped by CAA and Bleecker Street Entertainment.
