NBC has put in development Unidentified, a drama from Universal Television and Zachary Levi‘s Middle Man Productions.
Written by Sean Finegan (feature spec Free Fall), Unidentified is described as a high octane thriller with sci-fi elements, which centers on a CIA operative trying to protect his family from an unimaginable secret.
The project stems from a first-look deal Levi inked with Universal TV last year, on the heels of his casting as the lead in NBC/Uni TV’s Heroes: Reborn.
Levi executive produces Unidentified with Turi Meyer & Al Septein (Smallville, Salem) who will serve as showrunners. Levi’s Middle Man partner Justin Allen will co-executive produce alongside Finegan.
