TVLine has learned exclusively that newcomer Toby Sandeman is joining the E! drama’s cast as Sebastian, a Moroccan prince whose charming disposition could very well be a front for a hidden agenda.
Sebastian is described as being “articulate and cerebral” and has fully embraced everything that comes with being a contemporary royal — including the “scrutiny and attention” it brings.
