Amanda Brooks is set for a recurring role on WGN America’s drama series Outsiders, from Sony Picture Television and Tribune Studios. Created and written by award-winning playwright Peter Mattei and executive produced by Peter Tolan and Paul Giamatti, Outsiders follows the struggle of the Farrells, an off-the-grid Appalachian clan, and their battle to defend their mountain and way of life from the town below and anyone who would dare challenge them.
Brooks will play Dana Miller, an unmarried, big city girl back in town to help her ailing father. Brooks recurs on NBC’s Aquarius and ABC’s Mistresses and will next be seen in Syfy’s Magicians. She’s repped by SMS Talent and LINK Entertainment.
