Killjoys - Johnny Be Good - Advance Preview

Killjoys “Johnny Be Good” was written by Adam Barken and was directed by Stefan Pleszczynski. Get ready for an emotional roller coaster on this one. We start to see the various threads of the season start to come together. As the show so often likes to do, we start in the middle of the action and then jump back 24 hours.

Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen) is not gentle with Johnny (Aaron Ashmore) or Pawter (Sarah Power). The team is back together – at least for parts of the episode. Pree (Thom Allison) tries to help. D’Avin (Luke Macfarlane) is not at all happy with Jelco (Pascal Langdale), but Jelco has some very important information.

John discovers that he doesn’t have the way with computers that he thinks he does. Pawter tells Dutch something about John that Dutch doesn’t want to hear. Lucy (Tamsen McDonough) meets Julian. Dutch finds something totally unexpected under Springhill. An angry mob manages to capture Dutch and she’s in a very tight situation.

John and Dutch have a heart to heart conversation – possibly my favorite part of the entire episode! D’Avin gets to play with a really, really big gun. Delle Kendry (Mayco Nguyen) makes an appearance. And is that ever good news?

Things are really heating up for the finale! Here are some dialogue teases – as always, no particular order and you’ll have to guess at who says what!

Sometimes we have choices and sometimes we don’t.
You. Me. Blaze of glory.
Multi-tasking like a boss.
My toys ain’t cheap.
We’re not baked goods.
Best job ever.
Don’t talk about my mother. Ever.
You always plan for micro-leeches.
It’s a brand new day in Old Town.
You can’t be badass and make your own jokes.
Was your night as intense as mine?
Either we’re very lucky or we’re very not.
Why do you think she’d help that flaming piece of garbage?
Individuals are clever but masses are stupid.
You always go with your big, stupid heart.
One way or another, someone was going to hang.
Stop being so needy, woman!
If you’re going to poison me, at least make it glow.
All the weapons are set on stun. Except for mine.
I don’t care about bureaucratic bullshit!

You won’t want to miss this episode, so tune in on Friday night at 9/8c on Syfy!
