It's finally here - You can now Block Commentators on @SpoilerTV and @Disqus!

Featured SpoilerTV ArticleFrom our recent survey results (click here) one of the most requested features was that of the ability to be able to block comments from people you, let's face it, don't like.
Disqus have just rolled out this new feature which should be available to everyone at the time that this post goes live or soon afterwards.
Ok, so how does it work?
User Blocking is a feature that allows you to deal with trolls, spammers, and other unwanted content on Disqus. The tool allows users to hide all comments from another account that they no longer wish to view or engage with. The blocked account will not receive a notification or indication that they have been blocked by you.
User blocking may be accessed either from the profile of the account you would like to block, or from the dropdown menu appearing on each of their comments.
From the Profile
On a user's profile, the blocking option may be accessed in the menu next to the Follow button for their profile
In a Comment Thread
The blocking option may be produced by clicking the triangle dropdown menu in the top right corner of their comment:
What does it look like after you have blocked someone
View and Manage your Block List
Any user that you block will be added to your block list which is located in Settings > Blocking. Use the Previous and Next buttons to change pages, and use the Unblock button to remove a specific user that you no long want to block. The maximum number of users you can block is 1,000.
Will users that you block know that you've blocked them
No, the person who you have blocked will have no idea that you have them blocked.
You can read the Official Disqus Announcement here.
We hope you find this feature useful, and hopefully it will reduce the number of arguements and people flagging comments just because they don't like someone. If you don't like someone and don't want to read their comments, block them!
Let us know in the comments if you have any thoughts/comments on this feature.
