12 Monkeys “Emergence” was directed by David Grossman. As always this is another fast-paced episode that you won’t want to miss. I love the tight storytelling, humor and special effects that go into this show! It’s the complete package every week. Look for terrific performances from Kirk Acevedo (Ramse) and Barbara Sukowa (Jones). Emily Hampshire (Jennifer) and Aaron Stanford (Cole) also do terrific work. Problems are multiplying, mainly caused by the paradox because it wasn’t just any old paradox.
Jones goes on a field trip early in the episode and then takes another trip later in the episode. It’s fun to watch a few scenes from last week through a slightly different lens. The daughters are watching in 2044. Jones becomes so frustrated at one point that she loses it on the team. Eckland (Michael Hogan) provides some valuable insight for Jones.
Cole gets help from two unexpected sources on two separate occasions. You will find out who wrote the message on the back of Cole and Cassie’s picture. We find out what the Red Forest is. A familiar face arrives at the end of the episode.
And finally, come dialogue teasers!
