Last week the Earp sisters learnt Hank/John Henry is, in fact, Doc Holiday but he needs to convince Wynonna that he is who he claims to be. We get a brief glimpse into what happened but not all the story is revealed and both sisters are still unsure of his motives.
Things turn towards the spooky and sinister this week in Purgatory as a murder that seems to fall under the jurisdiction of the black badge division has more than one person wanting to confess all their sins and no surprises they have ties to Wynonna as well. However they quickly end up dead and seeing a ghostly reflection means you’re the next victim, it seems Agent Dolls may have to work some dark magic to help Wynonna. We also get to find out the black badge division has a few mystical objects in storage (Warehouse 13 maybe).
Waverly also proves she has done more than hit the books, in fact studying in case she was the chosen which causes a conflict between the two sisters.
I have to admit I did enjoy the showdown, as we learn not all the revenants are hiding out in the trailer park and their reasons for being revenants are more complex than we first thought. So from past experience, we assume it is a revenant shot by Wyatt Earp causing such chaos however things aren’t what we first believe.
As we all know we tell our hairdressers /barbers everything but this takes things to the next level giving us probably the most spine-tingling episode to date. Think Sweeney Todd and you get the idea.
Cover your mirrors, ask for forgiveness and hope Wynonna puts this one down.
