“The Trouble with the Truth” – Rayna and Deacon fight to regain the trust of a determined Maddie as she seeks independence, but their efforts are undermined by someone they thought was an ally. Scarlett and Gunnar disagree on the history of their musical partnership during a press interview. Luke tries to do the right thing for an artist he admires, but it ends up backfiring. Country music star Kelsea Ballerini performs “Peter Pan” in a guest appearance as herself, on “Nashville,” WEDNESDAY, MAY 4 (10:00–11:00 p.m. EDT), on the ABC Television Network.

“Nashville” stars Connie Britton as Rayna Jaymes, Hayden Panettiere as Juliette Barnes, Clare Bowen as Scarlett O’Connor, Chris Carmack as Will Lexington, Will Chase as Luke Wheeler, Charles Esten as Deacon Claybourne, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley, Sam Palladio as Gunnar Scott, Maisy Stella as Daphne Conrad, Lennon Stella as Maddie Conrad and Aubrey Peeples as Layla Grant.

Guest starring are Ed Amatrudo as Glenn Goodman, Mark Collie as Frankie, Mandy June Turpin as Cynthia Davis, Kelsea Ballerini as herself, Jessy Schram as Cash Gray, Paul Schackman as David Mannis, Melanie Chandra as Stephanie Leigh, Mario Lopez as himself and Charissa Thompson as herself.
