Grimm - Inugami - Review

This week, Grimm digs into the Japanese culture in the episode Inugami. When the severed head of a young man is found under a bridge, Nick and Hank find themselves on the case of Japanese Wesen acting on an ancient tradition of revenge. Elsewhere, Adalind decides to go back to work at her old law firm and has her first face-to-face with Eve.

After that awkward situation she found herself while she was in Sean Renard's body, Eve meets Nick and tells him about the Black Claw and the Captain's involvement. Also, Eve confesses Adalind is a Hexenbeist again. Nick is shocked also because he finds out Rosalee knew it - remember when Nick and Monroe were in German? Well, that episode. Anyway, Adalind is not going to tell Nick the truth very soon. Also she's back in her old firm where her boss is happy to see they have a Hexenbeist in the team - although Kelly seems scared of her mother's face ugh.

The Wesen of the week involves a strange and old Japanese ritual. Nick, Hank and Wu find the head of a young boy under the bridge. Soon they discover the truth: the victim, Brian, and his friend Roger accidentally shooting their mate, Kuma, so they were found guilty of criminal negligent. Kuma's father, Jin, doesn't believe and blame Brian's parents of murder. Anyway, it's revealed that Kuma's parents are both Wesens (same kind like the one who killed Brian). Also, Nick and Hank find a couple of Japanese swords in their house and this doesn't look good. And here it comes the plot twist: Jin's lawyer, Takeshi. According to a legend, there is a protector angel, an Inugami, who protects the family he decided to belong to. Here it is: Takeshi is the Inugami-killer who avenged Kuma's death by killing Brian - so next one will be Roger. Nick and his team manage to save the day in Portland, as always.
Elsewhere, Wu starts having troubles: after that bite several episodes ago, he can't sleep at night. He wakes up panicked; he hears wolfs howling and has bad headache during the day. Nick and Hank wonder what's wrong with him, but they can't obviously imagine what's the real problem.

Finally Eve and Adalind confronts! Rosalee and Monroe find themselves, unconsciously, hearing their conversation, hidden in the tunnel of Nick's house. Eve tells Adalind that Black Claw will eventually come after her because she's a Hexenbeist again. Also, she threaten her she will kill her if Nick got hurt. Ouch. Are we talking about Eve or Juliette here? Then we finally meet Diana! Rachel has a surprise for Sean: his daughter is all grown up!

At this point, Grimm finally is reaching the season finale with major plot twists for our beloved characters: what's going to happen next, now that Diana is Back, Nick and Adalind hide secrets to each others? Will Eve show her Juliette out of her? Share your comments below.
