Darth Locke: Norman tells his therapist that he was wrongly placed in the institution to cover up for his mother's murders and mental illness. This season has been fantastic so far! And this scene just shows how far Norman's (unjust) war with Norma is willing to go! I also love the serialization from both things hanging over the characters from last season, but also a few subtle shout-outs to things from earlier seasons! Not to mention there were two pretty cool LOST allusions in this episode too pertaining to Hugo and "Dave" and Kate and the Australian Farmer Ray!

CRIMINAL MINDS, "A Beautiful Disaster", March 23, 2016, Actors: Shemar Moore, Matthew Gray Gubler, Kirsten Vangsness, The Scenes: Morgan's goodbye to Reid & Derek and Garcia's goodbye scene
Laura Markus: I haven't seen much of Season 11, but I was no stranger to the facts that were given about Shemar's exit. I felt compelled to watch this episode. I was very close to being completely disappointed by it, except for this scene. It was an immensely satisfying goodbye between two men who have stood by each other since the beginning. Morgan even named his son after Reid (Hank SPENCER Morgan), and that was one of the shining moments in this bleak episode. I loved them hugging, and talking about how change can be a good thing. Reid has certainly experienced change firsthand, probably more than anyone else. It was the only goodbye that had enough closure to it. Well done, Shemar and Matthew.
Samantha Benjamin: Derek and Garcia's goodbye scene. I have loved their friendship from day one and that scene had me crying like a baby. I'm glad Kirsten co-wrote the episode and that Matthew directed it as it really was the perfect goodbye to Derek/Shemar.
DAREDEVIL, "A Cold Day in Hell's Kitchen" & "Seven Minutes in Heaven", March 18, 2016, Actors: Charlie Cox, Jon Bernthal, Deborah Ann Woll and more, The Scenes: The ending & The Punisher's prison fight
Justyna K: Brilliant season! With so many memorable scenes worth mentioning in the article. All the fight sequences were done with such precision and impressively shot (like in the Punisher’s prison fight or the final battle on the roof), the character moments turned out to be absolutely spot on (here’s a special shout-out to Matt visiting Wilson Fisk in prison and Murdock talking to Elektra about running away together, and then saying goodbye) and entire cast and crew brought their A game to this second season of Daredevil. Makes me already wish for another one. With a number of episodes and scenes to set apart, it’s quite a challenge to choose just one particular moment but in the end, I decided to go with the final scene of "A Cold Day in Hell's Kitchen". Karen’s article about people of New York, the survivors of so many tragedies in the Marvel Universe, being heroes on their own, was quite an inspiring monologue. At the same time we see Frank burning down his house and truly becoming the Punisher. Just as Elektra’s death appears only temporary with the Hand working on her return… With so many powerful changes in the season, the one that proved the hardest for me was the broken partnership between Nelson & Murdock. Their friendship was such a highlight of the series so if there’s something I could alter in these new thirteen episodes I would choose to spend more time with Matt and Foggy, and less on the mystical power of the Hand. I’ve missed these two. With the appearance of Elektra (though beautifully done for most part) Murdock moved away from both Nelson and Karen, which is one of the reasons why the final scene and that reveal are my choice for SOTW. Finally, both Foggy and Karen know the truth about Daredevil and I can’t wait to see how it will impact the relationship between this trio. Hopefully it will bring them closer together in the future. And this ending leaves me even more excited to see what’s next. Kudos for the great season!
Laura Markus: The prison fight (episode 9). Not much of the second half of this season excited me, but this sequence kept my eyes glued to the screen. I wasn't wowed by Fisk's appearance, but the way he orchestrated this fight to go down between these inmates and Frank was excellent. The action was obviously well choreographed, and the gore factor was off the charts. This was stunning to look at, without being too bloody. It had a reason to be this messy, and it worked on so many levels. Also picked by Bradley Adams
LIMITLESS, "A Dog's Breakfast", March 22, 2016, Actors: Jake McDorman, Bradley Cooper and more, The Scenes: The Bruntouchables reunion & Brian confronts Eddie Morra
Laura Markus: The Bruntouchables reunion. I have been waiting for this scene since we last saw our favourite team in Episode 9. This fantastic episode featured so many wonderful scenes, but it's this one that I kept replaying. It was a great way to keep everyone interested in the case of the week by having the Bruntouchables help out. Brian even referenced the deal back in Headquarters!, which I loved. He also mentioned how women can be killers too, and apologized to Rebecca, which he also did back in the original episode. Brian makes a venn diagram for the case and comes to the conclusion that they need to stab someone in the leg. The obvious pick is James Tech, who sits at work all day, but he hates knives. Mike? He runs triathlons. Ike? HE DANCES. Surprising to everyone, Stavros volunteers for the job, citing that he has lost feeling in his left leg. So, what does he do? Stabs the right leg, of course! He's shouting in pain, and everyone's reactions to this are priceless! You can see agents in the background trying not to laugh. Apparently this scene took a lot of takes because everyone kept laughing. It was the reunion I wanted and needed, and it was excellent. I don't expect another one this season due to the serious nature of the upcoming episodes, but I welcome this type of scene with open arms any time.
Darth Locke: Brian confronts Eddie Morra and begs him to not harm Piper, only to learn that Morra had nothing to do with Piper alleged capture, as Morra tells Brian that Sands has gone rogue. It's been nice the way the show has been able to sprinkle Bradley Cooper throughout the first season and use his film character as a mysterious elusive enigma. It made sense to me from the beginning that Morra would not be immediately criminalized and come across as the main villain, but that the show would find some way to keep him on the fence and introduce people who come off worse. Sands was perfect for this and the season's stakes have accumulated and escalated very well often through him! Looking forward to seeing how the remaining few episodes go! And hopefully we will get another season!
LUCIFER, "A Priest Walks into a Bar", March 21, 2016, Actors: Tom Ellis, Lauren German, The Scene: Chloe shows up at Lucifer’s to support him as a friend
Aimee Hicks: This was a nice tender moment between Chloe and Lucifer as she turns up to be the friend he desperately needs in this moment. Sure Lucifer jokes about sex but in truth I think he’s comforted to have her with him with no expectations. He started off the episode not knowing how to define their relationship but I hope after everything in this episode he has come to understand her to be a true friend to him. She has his back and always tries to protect him even when she thinks he’s in the wrong. Chloe put a sort of date night with Dan on hold to go be with Lucifer. It is the sign of a true friend when their own life comes second to a friend in need. I love the dynamic Tom Ellis and Lauren German have and it was wonderful to see their characters get to share this sincere moment after a tense episode full of emotions and heartache.
MARVEL'S AGENTS OF SHIELD, "Parting Shot", March 22, 2016, Actors: Nick Blood, Adrianne Palicki, Henry Simmons and more, The Scene: The spy's goodbye
Justyna K: With all the news about “Marvel’s Most Wanted” it would be impossible not to expect this goodbye but the timing of it took me completely by surprise. It was an incredible hour for Bobbi and Hunter where we finally got a chance to spend more time with these two amazing characters (who both happen to be one of my very favorites on the show). It might seem at times that the risks all these agents are taking don’t often make much of an impact, so to see these severe consequences of one mission that went wrong was quite a unique experience on its own. All the scenes with Bobbi and Hunter, especially the ones during the interrogation and when they make their decision and share it with Coulson, were beautifully shot and acted by the brilliant Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood. But nothing has hit me quite as much as the final moment in the bar with the team showing up to quietly say goodbye and raise a glass for their departing friends. It was so meaningful, so heartbreaking, so wonderfully done and I have to admit, I honestly didn’t expect to get this emotional during the scene. With another breathtaking music in the background the entire moment easily became one of the most powerful and memorable in the series so far. Everyone’s reactions were brilliant, but Mack not being able to drink and leave without his closest friends got me the most. I truly loved the final shot of Bobbi and Hunter, with tears in their eyes, holding hands, trying to stay strong. I’m so glad they’re together, otherwise this could be just too much to take, but I already miss them terribly. The show’s not quite the same without them and I can’t wait to see what’s next for these marvelous two.
Klutzy girl: I didn't expect to be quite so emotional during the final scene of the episode but everyone brought it. Henry Simmons sold the scene for me - he was closest to Bobbi and Lance, and I could feel Mack's pain. The best scene of season three by far!

Klutzy girl: Senior comforts the dying homeless woman who thought he was her father. It was the sweetest thing he's ever done and I was so emotional by the end of it - clearly, as was Tony, who I'm pretty sure saw his father in a new light.
NCIS LOS ANGELES, "The Seventh Child", March 21, 2016, Actors: Daniela Ruah, Eric Christian Olsen, The Scene: Deeks and Kensi's possible proposal
Samantha Benjamin: I caught the show a few months back and since then I've watched the odd old episode and I love their dynamic. Going through being scared over a baby to a proposal, especially in this manner - with Kensi refusing to accept it until he does it properly in a romantic setting that's not the office - is so them.
ONCE UPON A TIME, "Devil's Due", March 20, 2016, Actors: Jennifer Morrison, Rachel Shelley, The Scene: Milah and Emma meet for the first time
Klutzy girl: I died at the awkwardness between them because the story is ridiculous and hilarious. Wish they could have spent some more time together!
Donna Chidley: Most awkward scene of week must go to Once Upon A Time - the scene between Milah and Emma. Sleeping with not only her son but former lover.
STITCHERS, "2.0", March 22, 2016, Actors: Emma Ishta, Kyle Harris, The Scene: Kirsten begs for Cameron to come back to them
Aimee Hicks: After an entire season of watching Kirsten fight to hide her emotions it was a shock to see the emotions pour out of her as she stood over Cameron’s body. The entire cast was great in this scene even though most of them just stood in the background for most of it. Emma Istha brilliantly held Kirsten’s emotions in check last season but she proved just how capable she is of beautifully emoting. I loved how all efforts to revive Cameron failed until Kirsten was sobbing on his chest. It was as if their undeniable bond gave him the last boost he needed to return to her. This was a defining moment for Kirsten making it one of my favorite scenes from the episode.
SUPERGIRL, "Manhunter", March 21, 2016, Actors: Melissa Benoist, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Mehcad Brooks, The Scene: Kara reveals herself as Supergirl to Lucy
Aimee Hicks: It was tough to pick just one scene because this episode was full of amazing scenes. I picked this one because it was a defining moment for Kara and Lucy. Kara took a major risk in revealing herself to Lucy but it was a necessary event in order to save Alex and J’onn. There has been an odd friendship between Kara and Lucy ever since the latter showed up in National City. As far as Lucy is concerned it was a combination of Supergirl and Kara that cost her James. For that reason alone things could have gone horribly wrong for Kara in telling Lucy. Luckily for everyone involved Lucy has a good enough heart that she was able to be convinced of Kara’s reasoning for keeping her secret. They teamed up in an epic way and have now sworn to help one another. With the people Kara cares about the most, Alex and J’onn, on the run Kara needed someone else inside the DEO whom she could trust. This very important scene set up a new dynamic between these two women and hopefully it will allow them to stand together against all the trouble ahead. I also hope this means Jenna Dewan-Tatum will have a place on the show after this season. Jenna and Melissa have a fun chemistry that could allow their characters to forge a dynamic friendship. This scene also felt big and grand as Kara ripped the buttons open on her shirt to reveal the big brilliant S on her chest. It felt like a very iconic moment for the show. This scene stood out in an episode where I can’t fault a single scene. Everything about this episode was epic and I’m glad Kara finally has another confidant to turn to.
Donna Chidley: Kara reveals her identity to Lucy Lane who is angry about the lies. Kara (Supergirl) goes onto explain why and what it was like for her when she arrived on earth winning over Lucy.
THE AMERICANS, "Pastor Tim", March 23, 2016, Actors: Keri Russell, Matthew Rhys, The Scenes: Elizabeth tells Philip what Paige revealed to Pastor Tim & Philip kills the security guard
Darth Locke: Elizabeth tells Philip that Paige told everything to Pastor Tim. Keri Russell has been on my radar since Felicity, but her Americans' character is often so cold and collected that we usually don't get a lot of normal emotional responses from her. This was one of the times, where I began to see her more naturally express her concerns and it reminded of some of those great early-career scenes that made Keri Russel so likable to me.

THE FLASH, "Trajectory", March 22, 2016, Actors: Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes and more, The Scene: The team finds out the truth about Jay
Justyna K: Betrayal hurts deeply. And when it happens again, I can imagine it being quite unbearable. In this powerful scene, the team slowly pieces together all the facts and figures out why Zoom wants to steal Barry’s speed and who’s the person behind the mask. Cisco uses his powers to see Zoom’s other self and he looks exactly like Jay. We still don’t know the entire truth, there’s still many wonderfully written theories out there but everything revealed so far seems to point out to Jay being a traitor. And the reactions of everyone from the team, as the camera shows them one by one, says it all. They feel hurt and confused, not quite sure how to process or even how to believe this painful truth. Poor Caitlin, can’t even imagine what it means for her. And the final shot of Barry running away and screaming out of despair and hopelessness will surely stay with me for a while. Incredible work by all the actors involved in the scene and kudos to everyone on the crew for the way this moment plays out. All the stakes just got higher and I can’t wait to see what happens from now on and how everything changes for Team Flash.

Justyna K: Betrayal hurts deeply. And when it happens again, I can imagine it being quite unbearable. In this powerful scene, the team slowly pieces together all the facts and figures out why Zoom wants to steal Barry’s speed and who’s the person behind the mask. Cisco uses his powers to see Zoom’s other self and he looks exactly like Jay. We still don’t know the entire truth, there’s still many wonderfully written theories out there but everything revealed so far seems to point out to Jay being a traitor. And the reactions of everyone from the team, as the camera shows them one by one, says it all. They feel hurt and confused, not quite sure how to process or even how to believe this painful truth. Poor Caitlin, can’t even imagine what it means for her. And the final shot of Barry running away and screaming out of despair and hopelessness will surely stay with me for a while. Incredible work by all the actors involved in the scene and kudos to everyone on the crew for the way this moment plays out. All the stakes just got higher and I can’t wait to see what happens from now on and how everything changes for Team Flash.
