    Ratings Breakdown:
It was another easy Tuesday overnight household victory for CBS, which featured dramas “NCIS” (#1 for the night: 10.8 rating/17 share), spin-off “NCIS: New Orleans” (7.9/12) and “Limitless” (#2: 4.0/ 7). But “Limitless” at 10 p.m. remains the weak link, with erosion of 31 percent from year-ago occupant “Person of Interest” (5.8/10 on 2/17/15) and retention out of the 9:30 p.m. portion of “NCIS: New Orleans” (7.8/12) of just 51 percent. The logical solution would be to put benchwarmer “Person of Interest” back in the hour.

First at 10 p.m. was NBC’s consistent “Chicago Fire” at a 5.0/ 9, which bested the competition – aforementioned “Limitless” and the second half of a two-hour installment of “Marvel’s Agent Carter” on ABC (1.6/ 3) – by 25 percent and 212 percent, respectively.

Earlier in the evening on NBC was time period filler “Hollywood Game Night” at a 2.5/ 4 from 8-9 p.m. (#4), which was 39 percent above two episodes of sitcom “Parks and Recreation” on the year-ago evening, followed by freshman “Chicago Med” at a second-place 4.5/ 7 at 9 p.m. Comparably, “Chicago Med” built from “Hollywood Game Night” by a hefty 80 percent.

Over at The CW, “The Flash” remained consistently solid at a third-place 2.6/ 4 in the 9 p.m. hour but lead-out ‘iZombie” slipped to a 0.9/ 1 at 9 p.m. (#5). The CW, no doubt, could do better here.

Elsewhere, only sitcom “Fresh Off the Boat” remains an option on ABC Tuesday, with a 3.2/ 5 at 8 p.m. (#2) into a last-place 1.6/ 3 for waiting-to-be axed “The Muppets” at 8:30 p.m. And the aforementioned two-hour installment of time period warmer “Marvels’ Agent Carter” scored a mere 1.7/ 3 in the household overnights from 9-11 p.m.

    Fox, meanwhile, remains a Tuesday mess from start to finish with its sitcom line-up of “New Girl” (#5: 2.1/ 3), “Grandfathered” (#4: 1.7/ 3), “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” (#4: 1.6/ 2) and “The Grinder” (#4: 1.4/ 2).
