Netflix has ordered a comedy series based on Amoruso’s bestselling memoir, EW has confirmed.
The series will follow Amoruso’s story of how she went from selling vintage clothing on eBay to founding the multimillion-dollar Nasty Gal fashion label by age 27.
Netflix is teaming with Charlize Theron and Kay Cannon to produce the series. Cannon, who wrote the Pitch Perfect films, will pen the pilot and serve as the showrunner.
