Just like last year, in the last days of December I will be posting the article called Best TV Moments of 2015 - SpoilerTV Team & Readers edition. If you want to help your favorites appear on the list, fill out the form below.
A few simple rules to follow:
- Maximum of 5 moments (all from different shows) per person.
- Only send the form once. If you send your picks more than one time, they will not be counted.
- I encourage you to say a few words about "why did you choose this moment?"
- By TV Moments I mean: scenes, twists, big reveals, deaths, returns etc. Not the entire episodes.
- The order is not important.
- Deadline: December 24th, 2015, end of the day
