The CW has put in developmentthe-cw, a drama from Under The Dome showrunner Neal Baer and the series’ co-executuve producer Alexandra McNally.
Written by McNally, the project is based on the recently published novel The Beautiful Bureaucrat by Helen Phillips. When a young woman gets a data entry job at a mysterious corporation, she discovers that the information she is logging is building a database that has the power to affect fate – including her own. McNally and Baer executive produce for CBS TV Studios where Baer’s Baer Bones Productions is under an overall deal.
