    -Ratings Breakdown:
It was all about football last night with the Philadelphia Eagles / Dallas Cowboys match-up on NBC’s “Sunday Night Football” at an estimated 14.8 rating/24 share in the household overnights. Comparably, this was six percent above the 14.0/22 for Green Bay vs. Denver one week earlier, and that match-up translated into 23.01 million viewers and an 8.2 rating/22 share in adults 18-49, based on the Live + Same Day data. Results for any live sporting event, as always, are estimated.

    Earlier in the evening on NBC was pre-game “Football Night in America” at a 2.0/ 3 at 7 p.m. (#4), a 6.1/10 at 7:30 p.m. (#2), and a 9.4/15 (#2) in the 8 p.m. half-hour.

CBS also benefited by football, with a 36-minute primetime overrun at a whopping 17.9/30 in the household overnights in the 7 p.m. half-hour. Since six minutes were factored into the 7:30 p.m. half-hour on the East coast, all individual series results for CBS are estimated as follows:

    CBS/Sunday
    7:30 p.m. – “60 Minutes”: 11.6/18 (#1)
    8:30 p.m. – “Madam Secretary”: 8.0/12 (#2)
    9:30 p.m. – “The Good Wife”: 6.5/10 (#2)
    10:30 p.m. – “CSI: Cyber”: 4.4/ 8 (#2)

Over at ABC, the network was at now typical Sunday overnight levels care of veteran “America’s Funniest Home Videos” (#3: 3.5/ 5 at 7 p.m.), “Once Upon a Time” (#3: 2.9/ 4 at 8 p.m.), waiting-to-be-canceled “Blood & Oil” (#3: 2.4/ 4 at 9 p.m.) and “Quantico” (#3: 3.3/ 6 at 10 p.m.), which is waiting for a better time period. Comparably, overnight growth of 37 percent for “Quantico” out of “Blood & Oil” remains promising.

    Fox closed the night with its original combination of “Bob’s Burgers” (#4: 2.1/ 3), “The Simpsons” (#4: 2.4/ 4), “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” (#4: 2.0/ 3), “Family Guy” (#4: 2.0/ 3) and sophomore “The Last Man on Earth” (#4: 2.0/ 3) from 7:30-10 p.m.
