    -Ratings Breakdown:
Note: The Fox Business Network aired the latest Republican Presidential Debate.

CBS led this second Tuesday in November in the household overnights with its older-skewing drama line-up of “NCIS” (#1 for the night: 10.1 rating/16 share), spin-off “NCIS: New Orleans” (#1: 7.7/12) and “Limitless” (#2: 4.4/ 9), which trailed competing “Chicago Fire” on NBC (#1: 5.4/ 9) by 19 percent. Earlier this week, NBC announced a fifth season renewal for “Chicago Fire” (and a fourth for spin-off “Chicago PD”). “Limitless,” meanwhile, has a full first season pick-up.

Runner-up NBC, which owns the night in all the key demos, scored an ample 7.1/11 for “The Voice” from 8-10 p.m. Once again, “The Voice” remains a pivotal ingredient on NBC and it has not disappointed this season.

In week three news, the cancellation clock is clearly ticking on ABC drama “Wicked City,” which sunk to a 1.3/ 2 in the household overnights at 10 p.m. Comparably, this was 28 percent below the 1.8/ 3 one week earlier and that translated into only 2.42 million viewers and a 0.7 rating/2 share in adults 18-49 (based on the Live + Same Day data). Earlier in the evening on ABC was the uneventful combination of sitcoms “The Muppets” (#3: series low 2.6/ 4) and sophomore “Fresh Off the Boat” (#3: 2.5/ 4) and “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (#3: 2.5/ 4).

Elsewhere, Fox opened with comedies “Grandfathered” (#5: 2.2/ 3) and “The Grinder” (#5: 1.8/ 3), which are moving to Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., respectively, out of returning “New Girl” and “Brooklyn Nine” effective on January 5. Next was limited freshman series “Scream Queens” (#4: 1.7/ 3), which is a flop by the traditional ratings but a hit in social media. And The CW featured bona fide hit “The Flash” (#4: 2.5/ 4) and “iZombie” (#5: 0.9/ 1), which slipped by a too extensive 64 percent out of “The Flash.”
