21:10 - Stitchers - Season 2 - John Billingsley to Recur + Cassidy Freeman to Guest
John Billingsley (True Blood, Star Trek: Enterprise) will recur in Season 2 as Mitchell Blair, an NSA executive who arrives on the scene as part of an “abrupt change” to the Stitchers’ organization. Described as having a “folksy, disarming charm” to mask his “ice-cold intent and deadly ideas,” we’re thinking Mitchell will prove quite the thorn in Maggie’s side.
Additionally, Cassidy Freeman (Smallville, Longmire) will guest-star as Ellie, a hacker who uses her “impressive skills” to taunt the Stitchers team.
Billingsley and Freeman’s characters will both be introduced in the second episode of Season 2.

06:15 - The Party - Murder Mystery Drama in Development at ABC from the Creators of Gossip Girl
In their first writing collaboration since creating Gossip Girls nine years ago, producing partners Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are set to write and executive produce The Party, a drama project for ABC and ABC Studios.
Like Gossip Girl, which was based on young adult books, The Party is an adaptation of an existing property, a Brazilian TV format from Grupo Globo. I hear the network went aggressively after the project, taking if off the market with a preemptive buy.
The Party is described as a twisted family drama that follows a murder investigation told over the course of 24 hours. The case begins at a celebration that is interrupted when a body is found floating in the pool. Through flashbacks, the mystery paints every guest as a possible suspect.
Schwartz and Savage will executive produce through their ABC Studios-based Fake Empire. The company’s executive Lis Rowinski will co-executive produce.

23:50 - Baby Daddy - Season 5 - Production Delayed Due to Star Jean-Luc Bilodeau Being Injured
Update: Bilodeau was badly burned during a Halloween party mishap when his costume caught on fire, burning his arms and legs. His face was not harmed. At the time of the injury, the actor was with his “Baby Daddy” co-star Tahj Mowry.
In a statement, Bilodeau’s rep says: “‘Baby Daddy’ star, Jean-Luc Bilodeau was in an accident Saturday night at his co-star, Tahj Mowry’s home for a Halloween party. At the party, Jean-Luc’s costume caught on fire when he got too close to an open flame and he suffered burns to his legs and arms. From what we understand, it was no one’s fault and this was merely a freak accident. Per his doctor, he is expected to make a full recovery. While this accident is extremely unfortunate, it serves as a reminder that Halloween costumes and Halloween make-up can be extremely dangerous and flammable. Please exercise precautions this season and be mindful of what you are putting on your body and face.”

She will play Queen, an earthy, sensual, flouncy, flamboyant and joyous woman who had a brief encounter with Frank (William H. Macy) on top of a washing machine when both were high on mushrooms at 16. The encounter produced a now-adult daughter, Sammi (Emily Bergl). Queenie is a force of nature, a grandmother many times over who loves to be naked, grows organic vegetables, has lived on a commune for years and, while she claims to be an organic farmer, makes her real living off of a massive pot grow operation. Fenn replaces Kelly LeBrock who was originally cast in the role.
