King has no idea whether or not a Stefan-Caroline baby will be written into Season 7, though she admits it was “very funny to see” the fans’ reactions, particularly those who jumped to the immediate conclusion of a Stefan (or Caroline) Jr.
“Production has known about our exciting news and there’s been a lot of support,” she tells TVLine. “They already knew where this season was going, and it’s kind of the same as every other year: We start the beginning of the season asking the writers a lot of questions about what’s going to happen. then halfway through the season, it’s completely different. … Julie [Plec] and Caroline [Dries] are the best people to ask about [whether or not her pregnancy will be written into the show.] To be honest, I’m along for the ride just like the viewers are.”
And while there’s a chance King, like countless other pregnant actresses before her, might have to hide behind a few counters as her pregnancy progresses, she assures us we won’t be seeing any less of Caroline Forbes this fall.
“Caroline’s not always in every episode anyway, so that helps a little bit, but Caroline has, so far, been a really big part of the season,” she says. “Every single season, we think we know the way it’s going to go, but it always changes by the end. It could really go anywhere.

0:15 - Mr. Robot - Season Finale - Post Mortems
More Post Mortems: TVline, Hitfix and Variety
Thanks to RD for the heads up.
Indeed, we see an end to Elliot’s means. His hacker gang, fsociety, has succeeded in cyber-stabbing the 1% aka E Corp. This has triggered an avalanche of Occupy Wall Street-like protesting throughout Manhattan. An E Corp senior executive commits suicide –a tragic nod to Enron executive J. Clifford Baxter, who shot himself to death prior to his subpoena by a congressional committee in January 2002.
But in the final gasps of tonight’s episode, we see that all is not well in the state of Mr. Robot’s Denmark: Enigmatic transvestite Dark Army hacker lord White Rose (B.D. Wong) — who we thought was on Elliot’s side — appears fraternizing with E Corp’s new chief Phillip Price before a fire in a castle-like building. They allude to plot points that are bound to play out in Season 2 of E Corp’s involvement in the Congo with coltan mining. Given Mr. Robot‘s mirror of the real world, all of this makes sense. Coltan, an ore, yields tantalum, which is used in the production of electronic products. The mass excavation of the ore has been blamed for triggering internal strife in the African country. If you’ve already watched it, here’s another look:

0:10 - MOVIES: Looking for Alaska - Production Delayed
Thanks to RD for the heads up.
Paramount has decided to push its adaptation of John Green‘s “Looking for Alaska” from this fall to January 2016 after struggling to find the perfect actress to play Alaska Young, a studio spokesperson has confirmed to TheWrap.
Anya Taylor-Joy and newcomer Autry Haydon-Wilson (a 17-year-old model) were considered the frontrunners to play Alaska, but it appears that Paramount, director Rebecca Thomas and producer Wyck Godfrey will go back to the drawing board after being unable to agree on a choice.
