Review:
This season of The Mindy Project has proven why Season 4 has been its best ever especially last week's episode. The episode involved with Mindy's pregnancy. However, it was tough for the couple as her and Danny argued over the c-section. Couples do argue especially during the loved one being pregnant. The way they did it though was entertaining and realistic.

While the whole episode concentrated mostly on her pregnancy, there were subplots. For example, a tough Mindy and Morgan hold an expo for the fertility clinic for females in their 20s that want to freeze their eggs. Elsewhere, the often hilarious Dr. Jeremy Reed wants to ask any friends want to join him for dinner with Whitney (Cristin Milioti guest-starred as her in "What to Expect When You're Expanding", S3E20, but she does not appear in this episode despite Dr. Reed mentioning her) because he doesn't want to feel like a "weird loser with no friends". All decline until Tamra thinks she'll go if there's free cars. However, after he doesn't have any cars to offer, she declines to go to his dinner with Whitney. Later on, after Dr. Reed looks on Danny's facial expression that he is stressed out, he invites him for dinner to cool down. He reluctantly goes with him. While that happens, pregnant Mindy, Morgan, Beverly, and Tamra are on their way to the expo in the train station. All of a sudden, the train stops and the gang is stuck. She texts Danny that her water leaked. He leaves the dinner, which causes Dr. Reed having no other friends other than actors he hired as his friends to impress Whitney. On the way to the train station, Danny explains to the police officer that his fiancé expecting but he won't let him. Without hesitation, he breaks into the train station and causes at least two officers to chase after him. He makes it safely to train and he apologizes for being a jerk. He lets her know that she is stronger than he is and even more stronger than his own mother.

In the end, everyone is at the hospital with Mindy's baby. He gives her the name, Leo. She likes the name because of Leonardo DiCapirio, but he likes it because of Leonardo da Vinci or Leo the Lion. It was such a sweet moment at the end where Mindy tells Leo she loves him and Danny standing by her side. Also, I loved this episode because of how the wonderful storyline was written that lead the events to Mindy's baby coming out. The writers did a wonderful job in writing fantastic subplots in this special episode.

- "Okay, that's hilarious. [Mindy laughs sarcastically] - What are you, a comedian now? For your FYI, this baby is getting delivered on schedule, in a ritzy birthing suite, that Saddam Hussein called, quote, "a bit much."" - Mindy

- "Tamra. Sweet Tamra. Please slap me across the face." - Mindy
- "I can't just slap you. You have to say something I find offensive." - Tamra

- "(After Tamra gasps and slaps her), Oh, God! That did nothing and I've betrayed Beyonce! I feel better." - Mindy
