But with over 60 new titles, there’s still mystery surrounding some of Marvel’s most popular characters — such as the much-anticipated new Hulk that’s going to take over Bruce Banner’s mantle when Totally Awesome Hulk #1 hits stores in December.
So who is the new man in green? He’s different, he’s totally awesome…and he’s none other than kid genius Amadeus Cho.

For those not familiar with Amadeus Cho, he was created by Pak and artist Takeshi Miyazawa in 2006's Amazing Fantasy Vol. 2 #15. Billed as "the sixth smartest man in the world," Cho first used his genius intellect to aid Hulk. He also teamed up with Hercules in the ongoing Incredible Herc comic. Artist Frank Cho previously worked with the character in the first four issues of 2013's Savage Wolverine.
Totally Awesome Hulk furthers Marvel's efforts to diversify their universe and their talent pool. The series will have the distinction of being the first superhero comic to feature a Korean American lead character written and drawn by a Korean American creative team.
