    Haven't read the books but I have a feeling that Plot 33, which Theresa is interested in, hides the entrance to a secret passage underground. I bet it leads to the base built inside the mountain (the one Ethan toured in E06). It may be a fail safe built by David Pilcher only to be used if Abbies have invaded Wayward Pines.

    has to be a time tunnel...to explain the phone call and meet with the agent in 2014...its called cycle....so it could be a timebridge.. makes sense cos 2014 doubled is 4028, fixed straight line point.....farest point of a circle...cycle
