Change Mary back into the Mary we knew from S1 Make Season 3 better than Season 2 Give better storylines Get rid of Conde Now as a Frary shipper, if they still plan on killing off Francis, it depends on one thing. I will watch on one condition, something that fans have been asking for. But honestly what's the point of killing Francis off now? This show is not even historically accurate and they even killed off characters who were suppose to die after Francis No more love triangles Give Bash a better new love interest because I've lost all hope for Kennash
They're not going to get rid if all non DC shows & become totally DC network though-Pedowitz & Affiltes want diversity/variety in programming .Now,the Tribune deal & Tribune wanting to put some of Thier shows on CW may mean they cancel more than two shows next year but Reign-so close to syndication-& Jane-critically acclaim plus it'll be halfway to syndication-won't be among them
I think the Three Queens sl will help rebound slightly in ratings( Pedowitz says he expects a creative boost from this) & being on Fri-lower rating expecations& the fact it's just riding it out til syndication-and being very cheap to produce as a international co production will save.CW has only ever cancelled VM in its third season and that was due to creative differences,writers strike,syndication then was 100 episodes,Czw was still finding its brand/identity.That said I do think Mary being likable/a role model again ,more focus on main characters like Bash & Catherine maintaining character integrity ,& not killing Francis will help,though not killing Francis isn't historically accurate and the show does stick to history on major points in Mary real life,
PROMOTE for heaven's sake! Support the show 100%. Stop complaining and whining about things. Don't expect silly twists to turn history upside down. Don't put down season 3 before it even gets a chance to appear! So many things, I can't put them all. Just support this show fully.
From what I've gathered, the fans of Reign feel that the writing hasn't been up to bar. I would be very interested to hear opinions on Nancy Won's writing as she has left the show and will be joining Supernatural.

quality won't save a show, that has sadly been the case for many shows. So I wouldn't try to increase the shows writing or acting if I wanted a renewal, I'd go at it differently:
proposing a 10 episode long season each year instead of 22, 22 episodes take a big bite out of a network, however there will always be a new show that doesn't hold up and is cancelled without a back 9 order. This budget then should go towards Reign or other shows.
OR:
a 24/4 pickup, theCW picks up 24 episodes for 4 shows (say in this case: Reign/100/BatB/JtV). That way theCW would only pay for ONE full season but actually has renewed 4 shows. Giving each show a 6 episode long season. TheCW would save money, keep fan favourite shows alive and has an opportunity to give closure to fans
Anyone else think it's kinda sad that most of the replies in here say syndication? The show screwed up so bad, and the showrunner is such an idiot, that so few people believe that it could get renewed on its own merits.
There's a huge following for Catherine. Moving to just Scotland is unwise and they'd be wiping out the entire cast except for Mary and maybe Greer and Lola. Those three cannot make up for the loss of Catherine, Bash, Narcisse, Claude, Leith and Nostradamus

Why on earth would you kill off Francis he and Mary have barely been together since they married!! They are the show he is an excellent actor who cares about Scotland for go sakes this is the CW !! People don't care about the actual history they care about the characters they have grown to love the ones in Season 1. That's the formula they should stick with there is so much more to explore with these character's especially Mary and Francis marriage and you just want to write it off. They move to fast into the storyline in Season 2 and lost focus of the main characters from Season 1 that we barely got time to know before introducing more and focusing on them. Kill Francis off you kill the love story you then kill the story that's what happened in Season 2 people wanted to see what married life was once Francis and Mary were married instead they got an affair with Conde. That sucked!!-

3 - Condé is a complicated case, I don't know if he still on season 3, and if he is so far away from Mary. Maybe in England arming against France
